TERMS & CONDITIONS 4/4/23

The scheme is eligible for clients who have arranged one or more of the following via Cox & Flight Financial Solutions Ltd.:

  • a mortgage
  • personal insurance(s) (eg. Life insurance / critical illness cover / income protection)
  • Accident/sickness/Unemployment cover

The scheme commences on 4/4/23 and closes 31/12/24.

Cox & Flight Financial Solutions Ltd will provide a voucher payment to the introducing client as a result of an introduction to a family member or friend that results in one or more of the following:

  • a mortgage application that successfully completes and is subject to a broker fee having been paid in line with the current fee policy (copy available upon request).
  • A personal insurance policy, following payment of the first premium.
  • An accident/sickness/unemployment insurance, following payment of the first premium.

The amount payable will be as follows:

  • £100 for a mortgage application and any associated personal insurance policies and/or buildings/contents insurance policy
  • £50 for a personal insurance policy only (where no mortgage application was submitted)
  • £25 for an accident/sickness/unemployment policy only (where no mortgage and no personal insurance policy was submitted)

Please note in that the event of joint clients making a referral then only one voucher payment is payable per joint client. In the event of a referred client/clients taking multiple products including a mortgage the maximum payable will be £100 per case (eg whether single or joint clients).  

Where possible we will aim to provide a voucher of the clients choosing. There is no cash alternative.

All vouchers will be issued within 28 days of mortgage completion or first premium collection in the event of personal insurance policy only or accident/sickness/unemployment policy only referrals.
